Designed as an affordable starter house or retirement home, his three-bedroomed model is a variation on our popular ALH201 model, with a rear extension added to allow for a third bedroom, generous lobby area and utility room.
Despite its incredible affordability, the longhouse-inspired shape and open-plan living area creates an airy, spacious feel, while the quality finish and carefully curated detailing lends a sense of luxury.
As with all our designs, this kit house is ideally suited to the landscape of Scotland. Its narrow form allows it to be slotted elegantly into sites, reducing excavation costs. Views can be carefully framed by its large windows, another feature not normally found in prefab houses in the UK.
