This two-bedroom model is a variation upon the smaller ALH101 design. By adding a bedroom extension to the rear of the house, it also allows for a larger entrance/cloakroom area, and access through to a generous utility room.
Despite its incredible affordability, the longhouse-inspired shape and open-plan living area creates an airy, spacious feel, while the high quality finish and carefully curated detailing lends a sense of luxury.
As with all our designs, this kit house is ideally suited to the landscape of Scotland. Its narrow form allows it to be slotted elegantly into sites, reducing excavation costs. The plan allows light from both sides, and views can be carefully framed by its large windows, another feature not normally found in prefab houses in the UK.
