This two or three bedroom variation upon the WH402 Whitehouse retains that design’s layout, but adds a sitting room extension to the gable end – ideal for a family who would prefer a separate family room and lounge area. The extension is timber clad, ensuring that the beautiful classic proportions of the main house are not compromised.
There are two large bedrooms upstairs. Amendments to the layout are possible – for example dividing one bedroom into two to create a three bedroom house.
This model is ideal for rural areas where planners may have strict views of house style. Unlike many poor-quality copies, this design – because of its narrow plan and precise proportions – will fit in beautifully into the rural landscape.
