This small apartment is ideal as a luxury holiday let or a small annexe to an existing house. There are three options, the second with built-in bunkbeds accessed from the main living space. A third option removes the bedroom but has a climb-in bed recess. A cluster of these buildings could make an ideal tourism business.

The most popular external finish is black larch, although profiled (corrugated) metal sheeting is also common. Depending on which package you opt for, we could fit the exterior cladding for you.
