Project Move Forward on Skye

The preparation of the site for our turnkey TH302 SIP house on southern Skye is advancing smoothly, with foundations and the slab currently being laid. The SIP kit will be delivered shortly, allowing construction to move quickly once the base is in place.

Situated on a gently sloping plot, the house is designed to make the most of its outstanding surroundings. To the south west, it offers uninterrupted views across the sea to the Small Isles of Rum, Eigg, and Muck. On clear days, these islands are beautifully framed by the Atlantic horizon. To the north, the imposing Cuillin mountains dominate the skyline, providing a dramatic backdrop to the property. The positioning of the TH302 will ensure that these panoramic vistas are captured from key living spaces.
