Our popular LH102PD design is under construction on County Mayo, Ireland. Amended to meet Irish building regulations, this house has been fabricated using SIP Energy of Athenry. Irish building regulations differ from those in Scotland so we undertook a thorough review of our design with Dublin-based Eamonn Daly Architects to ensure compliance.
The main change was raising the wallhead to meet size regulations in the upstairs bedrooms.
The house will be clad in Siberian larch with a Spanish slate roof and is due for completion within a few months.
